We are an eclectic bunch at the Body Studio. Among our ranks we count top personal trainers, Olympians, several highly experienced boxing coaches and the guy who played bongos on the original Mission: Impossible theme tune. And only one of those facts is a lie!
Anyway, to this we can now add one of the top physiotherapy teams in the capital.
Complete Physio are sports injury specialists and have extensive experience working with professional and amateur athletes, dancers and gymnasts.
So if you want to finally do something about at that sore back, aching knee or shooting pain down the left arm (just joking, that one’s a heart attack, probably best to call an ambulance), we advise you to book yourself in ASAP.

It’s an ultra fast-paced thriller centering around a suicidal detective’s investigation into a mysterious plane crash. To reveal any more would enter into spoiler territory, just pick up a copy and get addicted.
What We’re Listening To – Ibeyi
We have a bit of a thing for electro-tinged pop with spacey female vocals: Chvrches, Haim, Santigold, Ladyhawke, the list goes on. We’re adding this French-Cuban duo to the list because their self-titled debut album is a total banger. Check out their first single complete with ace video here…
