Calisthenics/Flexibility

Calisthenics is body-weight training, using minimal equipment such as gymnastic rings, bars, ladders and sometimes no equipment at all. Calisthenics increases body strength, fitness and flexibility by pulling and pushing, bending and twisting, jumping or swinging, using only bodyweight for resistance. When performed vigorously, with variety and with correct form, calisthenics can benefit muscular and aerobic conditioning while additionally improving skills such as balance, agility and coordination.
